Maya Lagerstam (she/her) attended Interlochen Arts Academy for two years and is now a current freshman at the University of Minnesota/Guthrie BFA Actor Training Program class of 2020. She was recently in Elegies: A Song Cycle with Doghouse Ensemble Theatre. Her favorite roles include Joanne in RENT and Penelope Pennywise in Urinetown. She is a YoungArts recipient (Honorable Mention 2014 and Merit 2015), and the recipient of the coveted Young Artist Award from Interlochen.
