Jacob Ryan Smith (he/him) is a performer and composer. He has written three musicals, Get a Life: An Analysis of a Ten Year Old Dream (Music and Lyrics), Midnight Channel the Musical (Music), andLike Dying Things Do (Music). He has starred in multiple musicals throughout his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia and currently attends The University of Michigan, getting his BFA in Musical Theater performance. Some of his favorite performing credits include Marius in Les Misérables, Jamie in The Last Five Years, Curly in Oklahoma!, and Bobby in Company. He is currently writing The Outs and Ins: A Study in the Ineffable for Doghouse Ensemble Theatre’s Incubator program.
